What Is The Higher Ground Music Festival?
The Higher Ground Music Festival is a three day festival from Thursday, August 20th 2015 through Saturday, August 22nd 2015 that showcases the best emerging indie rock acts from coast to coast and blend them with the best local talent Colorado has to offer. It includes a street festival with food trucks, vendors, games, kiddie pools, graffiti and 30 foot high magnificent street murals!
This year The Higher Ground Music Festival expanded from a single day event to 3 days with nearly 50 bands performing on 5 stages on Thursday August 20th at the Kick Off Party at Casselman’s Bar & Venue featuring national headliner Joywave, Be Calm Honcho and Brother Grand as well as The Outfit.
Friday August 21st is highlighted by their national headliner RDGLDGRN and Me Like Bees.
On Saturday, August 22nd, you can enjoy 30 national and local acts including: The Unlikely Candidates (If you have yet to hear their single “Follow My Feet” – play it now below. It’s Amazing!).
Tickets cost $15 per person for a single day pass, $28 for a combined pass for Friday & Saturday or you can purchase the three day pass for $55.
