Couples Class: St. Patrick’s Day Pairings

Forget the green bar! Join the Seasoned Chef for a new type of St. Patrick’s Day celebration. This year, they are offering a class on traditional Irish dishes. Learn how to make corned beef and cabbage, lamb meatballs and Irish Cheddar Whiskey Fondue—all paired with delicious Irish beers and cocktails. There’s no better place to celebrate this Irish holiday than at one of Denver’s most beloved Irish pubs: Clancy’s! This year, they are putting on a four-day celebration leading up to St. Patrick’s Day full of live music and entertainment from acts like The Constant Tourist, Wick School of Irish Dance, Michael Collins Pipes and Drums and so many more. Join in the celebration at Scruffy Murphy’s during the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade! Just two blocks from the action, this pub will be featuring live music all day (both on the parade day and on the actual holiday) along with a heated beer tent and plenty of food and drinks.

One of Denver’s largest and most popular events, the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade brings thousands of people to the Lower Downtown area every year to celebrate community and culture. The parade kicks off at 9:30 a.m. and you don’t want to miss it! For more information on the parade lineup, visit their website.
St. Patrick’s Day Brew Run
Where: Breckenridge Brewery Farm House
When: March 14, 10 a.m.
Want to get in a little exercise before drinking all afternoon? Head to the Breckenridge Brewery Farm House for a fun, St. Patrick’s Day-themed 5K! The course will take you along the beautiful Mary Carter Greenway Trail that is usually full of bright leaves and fragrant blooming flowers this time of year. Afterward, stick around for a few beers and some delicious grub. Costumes are encouraged, so make sure to wear as much green as possible!
St. Patrick’s Day at The Irish Rover

Spend both March 14th and the holiday itself with The Irish Rover! One of the biggest St. Paddy’s Day parties around, this pub celebration will feature Irish dancers, music, bagpipers, corned beef and, of course, plenty of beer. Plus, there’s no cover!
7th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration

When: March 14, 11 a.m.
Corned Beef and cabbage, Irish music, craft beer, car bombs and whisky are just some of the things waiting for you at Black Sky Brewery’s annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration! The party starts at 11 a.m. and you don’t want to miss it.
Saint Patrick’s Day Party

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style at Dry Dock! This year, they’ll be hosting a big affair complete with live music from Folka Polka and the Celtic Step Dancers. And what’s St. Patrick’s Day without some traditional Irish beers? They’ll have plenty of them on tap for you to enjoy along with a few gold and green glitter beers that are sure to get you in the spirit.

Join the Lone Tree Brewing Company for a St. Patrick’s Day brunch! The Modern Cuisinist will be serving up Irish-themed food and the brewery will be providing $4 16-ounce pours of their Irish Red all day. So what are you waiting for? This year, don’t miss what Westword calls “one of Denver’s best annual St. Patrick’s Day celebrations!” Head to the Newman Center for the Performing Arts and enjoy spectacular visual and sonic experiences that only Denver Brass can offer—complete with brass, bagpipes, hammered dulcimer, pennywhistle, guitar, voice and some of the best Irish dancing in town. All Day Celebration at Nallen’s Irish Pub

If you’re going to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at an Irish pub, it might as well be the oldest one in Denver. Nallen’s Irish Pub on Market Street will be hosting an all-day party, complete with traditional Irish grub, music, entertainment and drinks.
Denver St. Patrick’s Day Block Party & Pub Crawl
