Psst… 5 Ways to Practice Self-Care in the New Year

Happy YOU year, Denver!

We sincerely hope your 2025 is off to a great start. If you’re anything like us, we’re all about practicing self-love and focusing on little ways we can show up for ourselves this year. We came up with 5 ways to do just that to help you kickstart the new year. Whether you’re looking to revamp your fitness routine and/or elevate your plate – this quick guide is for you.

1. TRUFUSION

@TruFusion

Kicking off our list is one of our favorite fitness studios in the city, TruFusion.

Located off of 9th and Colorado, this studio is perfect for those who love variety. Whether you’re looking for HIIT, cycling, sculpt, barre, and/or (our personal favorite) hot pilates – they have plenty of options to help you get your body moving. With various membership options ranging from monthly, class packs, and drop-ins; you’re sure to find the option that works best for you. Don’t forget to ask about their new member options.

Psst… did we mention your first class is free?

2. WORTH THE FIGHT

Up next is Worth the Fight – Boxing and Fitness Studio.

This small, independent fitness studio located in Uptown offers boxing, kickboxing, strength training, HIIT and yoga-based classes that will help you break a sweat. With an introductory offer of one week of unlimited boxing class for $29; it’s a great way to check out the space and get a great workout.

3. DENVER RUN CLUBS

@HTB Run Club

Rounding out our list of #Fitspo options for 2025 is joining a Denver Run Club.

Whether you’re an elite runner or looking to take it one stride at a time, Denver has great options for those looking to get their run on. Some great options include: Sloan’s Lake Run Club, Latinos Run Denver, Highland Tap & Burger Run Club – to name a few.

Now that we’ve worked up a sweat – let’s eat!

4. EVERBOWL

@Everbowl

Meet our latest obsession… Everbowl

They’re serving up some seriously delicious AND nutritious acai bowls, smoothies, toasts, and goodies. Perfect for those looking for vegan and/or dairy free options, it’s a great way kick start the day or enjoy as a post-workout bite.

Psst… their avocado toast is a Denver Ear go-to.

5. GREEN COLLECTIVE

Last but certainly not least is for the Green Collective.

This is a fast-casual breaky and lunch spot, with locations in LoHi and Wash Park absolutely needs to be on your wellness list this year. They’re serving up some insanely yummy smoothies, bowls, salads, toasts, soups, cold pressed juices, and grab-and-go options that taste almost too good to be healthy. So make your body happy and stop by for some unreal bites.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

We’re so excited for another year full of new and exciting things to do in Denver. In the meantime, we hope you enjoyed some of our current favorite ways to get your self-care on in Denver.
