Celebrate Mom by treating her to Mother’s Day at Coohills in LoDo, which will offer its annual all-inclusive chef’s tables for brunch on Sunday.
Chef Tom Coohill and his talented kitchen staff will offer appealing creations as Wagyu tallow biscuits with Berkshire pork belly gravy, the chef’s own homemade granola, Oscar-style sous vide eggs Benedict, and a Lyonnaise sausage, mushroom and spinach egg scramble.
The chef’s tables also will offer stations for herb-crusted prime rib and house-smoked ham, along with an elaborate layout featuring smoked salmon, crème fraîche and cream cheese and all the requisite accoutrements.
