This year’s Colorado Chocolate Festival, at the Denver Mart, will feature more chocolate and food vendors than ever before, offering up a total of more than 80,000 samples. A weekend filled with food, fun and culture, Denver’s Cinco de Mayo ‘Celebrate Culture’ Festival puts the spotlight on the Mile High City’s vibrant Latino population. With more than 400,000 attendees expected, it’s one of Denver’s most fun and family-friendly events. The Cinco De Mayo Festival includes a parade, a taco eating competition, chihuahua races, live music concerts, a kids zone and food and drink vendors.

Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend at the 2016 Community Baby Fair. The Community Baby Fair, hosted by the Colorado Children’s Immunization Coalition, will offer families the opportunity to connect with health and safety resources to help give their new bundle of love a healthy, happy beginning. This free event will feature 20 local exhibitors representing health and safety organizations, baby-focused businesses, and community groups, as well as a breakout session beginning at noon for parents to learn more and ask questions about maternal and childhood immunizations from experts. All attendees will receive a swag bag with goodies for new and expecting parents and be entered for a chance to win giveaway prizes. Plus, the Community Baby Fair will have fun activities for the whole family! Kids can enjoy balloon animals, children’s music, temporary tattoos, and Elbert, the Children’s Hospital Colorado mascot. They will also provide refreshments, a nursing station and baby rest stop (courtesy of La Leche League of Stapleton), and free parking.
