Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill, downtown Denver’s Union Station hotspot, has paired with Odell Brewing Co. to create a special Beer Dinner on Wednesday, April 6th 2016 at 6:30pm.
The pub will serve four courses that will be paired with five Odell beers.
Beer Dinner Menu
Reception: Charcuterie paired with India Pale Ale
First Course: Brick-Oven Baked Soft Pretzel paired with 90 Schilling
Second Course: Grilled Asparagus, Radicchio & Grapefruit Salad paired with Easy Street
Third Course: Rosemary Marinated Grilled Sirloin paired with Cutthroat Porter
Dessert: Raspberry Peach Crisp paired with Tree Shaker Imperial Peach IPA
The Beer Dinner costs $50 per person or $90 per couple.
