The 5th annual Chef & Brew Festival will take place at the EXDO Event Center on Thursday, November 17th, 2016 from 7pm – 10pm.
Named “Best New Festival” by Westword in 2012, Chef and Brew promotes the notion that local craft beer is an ideal pairing for chef-driven food. Chef Michael Long and Excelsior Events have brought together 20 of Denver’s best chefs and paired them with independent Colorado craft breweries in a competition to create the ultimate beer and food pairing.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste samples of all of the dishes and all the beer and vote for their favorites. Judges will select three awards for Best Dish, Best Beer, and Best Pairing, while the Grand Prize, “Best in Show” will be selected by festival attendees. A portion of the evening’s sales will be donated to Project Angel Heart.
