Cook Street School of Culinary Arts is introducing its own Restaurant Week where culinary students will put together and serve a full $25 three-course lunch menu from Monday, April 11th through Friday, April 15th 2016.
Cook Street’s Restaurant Week will take place in Cook Street’s café that will be transformed into a boutique fine-dining restaurant with a new menu each day. The meals will be crafted under the guidance of chef instructors and will give the students a real world feel on what it’s like to be a part of a functioning restaurant.
