The 9th Annual Cruzin’ Havana Car Show & Poker Run, presented by Havana Auto Parts and a benefit for the Collector Car Council of Colorado, will take place on Saturday, June 11th, 2016, from 10am – 5pm.
This free, family-friendly event, will allow you to view over 4,000 of the region’s best classic cars parked at four festival sites along Havana Street in Aurora, Colorado. There will also be a special poker run, which means at every site you draw a card (plus one extra card at one of the sites) to make a five-card poker hand at the end of the festival. The best poker hands will walk away with prizes. The festival sites will also include free music, food and lots of classic cars on display!

Stampede
The Stampede, located at 2430 S Havana, will feature hosts: Rocky Mountain Thunderbird Club, Rocky Mountain Performance Mopar Car Club and the Colorado Mopar Club. The Food trucks available will be: Funnels Restaurant & Food truck, Kona Ice Truck and Q’s Quisine Food Truck. Enjoy entertainment by Da Boogie Man and check out the booths: Hagerty Insurance Booth, Off Road Ltd, Hooters Girls, Official Cruzin’ Havana T-Shirt Sales Booth and the Poker Run Booth.

Gibby’s Big Backyard
Gibby’s Big Backyard, located at 1555 S Havana, will feature hosts: Chassis Lassies, Early Ford V8 Club, Havana Auto Parts/NAPA and the Buckley AFB Cruisin’ Panthers. Available food on-site will be: Pikes Pop Kettle Corn and Gibby’s.
Enjoy entertainment by Van Jeffries Mobile Rock & Roll and Skiddles the Clown and check out the booths: NAPA Truck Display, Denise Smith State Farm Insurance, Arapahoe County Sheriff (display with 2 motorcycles) and the Poker Run Booth.
Havana Auto Parts & Machine Shop
Havana Auto Parts & Machine Shop, located at 850 S Havana, will feature hosts: Ye Olde Auto Club, the Colorado Chapter of Pontiac Oakland International Club, Havana Auto Parts Team and the GTO Association of America. Food will be available via StevO’s Pizza and entertainment by Rusty the Ragtop Rocker & The Atomic Drifters. An extra activity will also be available on this site, the Mini Model Car Show, the kids’ Make ‘n’ Take, which will be located inside in the (Havana Machine meeting room) and the Slot Car Track (which is free for the kids).
Check out the booths: NAPA racing simulator, Colorado State Patrol, Arapahoe County Command Vehicle, the Poker Run Booth and the Certified Insurance Services Booth.
Concorde Healthcare Training Parking Lot
Concorde Healthcare Training Parking Lot, located at 111 N Havana, will feature hosts: Mile Hi Cobra Club, Looking Glass Corvette Association, Lincoln Tech Car Club and the Front Range Mustang Club of Colorado. Available food on-site by: Devil Dog Grill, Kona Ice Truck and the Boss Food Truck, and entertainment by: Cruisin’ 1430 AM and the Cruisin’ Cats, performing from 1pm – 4pm. Extra activities and displays will include an antique fire truck, an Arapahoe County Sheriff with their race car, an Aurora For Youth “Safety Village” and am Aurora Police MRAP vehicle (mine resistant ambush protected) on display.

How to Enter the Poker Run: Starting at 10am, get your poker run registration sheet at the poker run booth at any of the festival sites. The poker run starts at 10am from each festival site and ends at 5pm at the Concorde Festival Site. Since there are only four festival sites (and a poker hand needs five cards in total), you can draw two cards at any of the festival sites to make up your 5-card poker hand. Please turn in all poker run sheets at the Concorde Festival site by 5pm including good hands and second chance entries, as they will announce the winners at 5pm. The winners will be notified by phone if not present at the time of the drawing.
Prizes:
Poker Run Grand Prize: A 5-day/4-night ocean cruise for two courtesy of Cruise Holidays at the Ranch.
Poker Run 2nd Place Prize: A 13-drawer stainless steel tool chest from Havana Auto Parts.
2nd Chance Drawing: If you end up with a losing poker hand at the end of the poker run, deposit your losing registration sheet in the 2nd chance drawing box at the Concorde Festival Site poker run booth for a chance to win $200 cash.
