This week, from July 8th through July 15th, 2016, Denver Design Week, a new week-long event is launching in Denver for the first time!
Denver Design Week is a showcase for the region’s best architecture, interiors, art, brands, and technology. Eight days of education, home and studio tours, demonstrations, presentations, conversations, inspiration, collaboration, and a launch party will take place at various locations throughout the city.
Colorado’s creative community is the heartbeat of Denver Design Week, but everything is open to the public. No matter if you’re a design professional, expert, enthusiast, novice or newbie, there’s something to engage and inspire you.
Denver Design Week will take-off with a special launch party taking place on Friday, July 8th, 2016 from 7:30pm at the Glitter Dome Event Center. The launch party will feature: a Room & Board Lounge, Interactive Art Wall by Christian Musselman, TYPEFACE photo booth, a Virtual Reality Demo Pavillion, a “Make your own chalk” with Black Box, Beer by Renegade Brewing Co., Teakoe Tea Cocktails, Bites from Latigo Modern Mexican, Craft Toast at the Toastbar, Space Ice Cream from Astronaut Foods and Designed Giveaways all night!

The week-long sessions that will follow will include sessions on subjects such as: “How Branding Affects Place”, “Incorporating Virtual Reality in Your Design Practice”, “Design and the Driverless Car Revolution”, “The New Kitchen Consumer”, “How to Make (and Get) More from Your Design Business”, “Trends, Tech, and the Modern Consumer Experience” and so much more (including speciality tours around the city)!
