The EDGE Restaurant & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver is offering speciality festive holiday cocktails with a ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ event. From December 13th through December 24th 2015, each night a different holiday cocktail will be available.

December 13th : Partridge in an Apple Tree
1 ½ oz Absolut Orient Apple-Ginger Vodka, ½ oz Apple Brandy, ½ oz Sherry, 2 apple wedges, 1 oz house-made sweet ‘n sour & ¼ oz Spice Simple Syrup
December 14h: Turtle Cheesecake Dove
1 ½ oz Bailey’s Vanilla Cinnamon Irish Cream & 1 ½ oz Ciroc Amaretto Vodka
December 15th: Faux French Hen
1 ½ oz Ciroc Amaretto Vodka ½ oz Bulleit Bourbon 1 tsp simple syrup & 2 dashes angostura bitters
December 16th: Coconut Calling Bird
3 oz coconut milk 1½ oz Bacardi Superior White Rum & 1 oz pineapple Crushed mini peppermint stick
December 17th: Golden Ring of Fire
1½ oz oz Jose Cuervo cinnamon tequila, Agave Nectar, lime juice & ½ oz Grand Marnier

1 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir, Splash of house-made sweet ‘n sour & tonic water

1 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka, 1 oz hazelnut liquor, ½ oz butterscotch schnapps & 2 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
December 20th: Molasses Maid
2 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka, 1½ oz Kahlua, 1½ oz Bailey’s, 3 tbs gingerbread syrup & 2½ oz oz half and half
December 21st: Ladies Dancing
1½ oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir, ½ oz peppermint schnapps, 1 oz cream & 1 oz chocolate syrup
December 22nd: Lord of Manhattan
2.5 oz Hennessy, 3/4 oz infused vermouth, Dash angostura bitters, twist orange & sprinkle fresh nutmeg
December 23rd: Piping Hot Piper
1 oz Pinnacle Cinnabon Vodka, ¾ oz Bailey’s Vanilla Cinnamon Irish Cream, chocolate powder & 2% milk
December 24th: Drummers Drumming
1½ oz Smirnoff Raspberry Sorbet Vodka, ½ oz Kahlua & ½ oz half and half

The Market at Larimer Square is serving up an extensive list of 13 different $7 hot toddies that will warm you up in no time. Order a Snow Bunny, a peppermint mocha with peppermint Schnapps, a Caramel Apple Coffee with whiskey, caramel sauce, apple syrup and coffee, a traditional Irish Coffee with Irish whiskey, coffee, sugar and whipped cream or a Mudslide Latte with espresso, hot milk and Bailey’s.

Carbon Beverage Café’s Oh Starry Night
Coffee Manager, Matty Spicer, at Carbon Beverage Café whips up the Oh Starry Night, a boozy version of the inventive Bulletproof buttery coffee drink amped up with a splash of vanilla, a shot of bright citrusy orange liqueur and a dollop of single barrel four roses bourbon. Finished with a star stencil and a seasonal star anise garnish, it’s rimmed with espresso ground coffee iced with raw sugar for a holiday taste that’s original and unexpected – just like Carbon. Rimmed with a bit of crushed peppermint, this martini is already a holiday favorite and $1 for every drink is donated to the Care for Colorado Toy Drive.
