Experience a special, intimate winemaker’s dinner at Linger…
David O’Reilly of the Willamette Valley and Yakima Valley’s Owen Roe will debut their very first rosé alongside other limited production tastings at Linger on Wednesday, March 23rd 2016.
Attendees will enjoy a four-course dinner paired to Owen Roe wines, including varietals like the Owen Roe Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (a wine that has never been sold in Colorado).
Linger’s style is “anti-entree”: vegetable-focused, affordable small plates. The menu riffs on urban street food staples with flavors from the Americas, Morocco, Turkey, Italy, Asia and India. Linger’s location used to be a mortuary (Olinger) and their décor and choice of art reflects this history!
As an advocate of sustainable practices, David O’Reilly is an ideal fit for Linger; as an added benefit, Owen Roe produced a variety of wines at different price points so that his wines can be enjoyed by people with a range of budgets.
Dinner begins at 7:30pm and is $70 per person not inclusive of tax and gratuity.
