Psst… Colorado Beer and Wine Festivals Fall 2024

You had us at beer and wine!

With fall quickly approaching – what better way to celebrate the season than with a glass of your favorite brew or vino. We rounded up a list of our favorite beer and wine festivals taking place in Colorado this fall that you won’t want to miss. We’ll gladly drink to that.

1. DENVER OKTOBERFEST

Kicking off our list of fall fun is a Denver tradition – Oktoberfest!

Taking place the last two weekends in September, it’s a great way to kick off the start of cozy season. From keg bowling to stein hoisting, live music and more; it’s sure to be a lederhosen lover’s dream. While tickets are not required, for those looking to take their Oktoberfest experience to the next level, VIP experience tickets can be found here.

2. GREAT AMERICAN BEER FESTIVAL

It wouldn’t be fall without a visit the Great American Beer Festival.

Taking place October 10-12, this event is a beer lovers dream. You’ll explore, taste, and rate over 100 of the finest beer and cider styles; and then some. This year’s event includes various immersive experiences including: a traditional German biergarten, live sports viewing, lucha libre, bull riding, photo ops, meet and greets, live music, and bites. 3. TELLURIDE BLUES & BREWS FESTIVAL

Rounding out our list of beer forward festivals is the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival.

Taking place September 13-15, this festival is easily one of the most scenic and iconic Colorado music festivals. This multi-stage celebration of music and craft beer features a mix of live blues, funk, indie, rock, jam-band, gospel and soul jams with a side of brews. 4. COLORADO MOUNTAIN WINEFEST

Are you looking to visit the best wine fest in the U.S.?

Then the Colorado Mountain Winefest in Palisade, CO is just the place for you. Taking place September 21st, it’s Colorado’s largest wine festival featuring unlimited sips from dozens of Colorado wineries, live music, grape stomping, chef demonstrations and much more. Tickets are still available and include unlimited sips of Colorado wine, a commemorative tasting glass, wine tote and so many goodies.

5. ROCKY MOUNTAIN WINE FEST

Up next is another must visit wine fest in Colorado.

The Rocky Mountain Wine Fest at Winter Park Resort taking place September 20-21 is one we’ve been looking forward to all year. Aside from the breathtaking mountain views, you’ll also enjoy unlimited wine samples, live music, and plenty of fun. Tickets can be found here and are sure to go quickly.

6. STEAMBOAT FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL

Rounding out our list is the Steamboat Food & Wine Festival.

Taking place October 3-5, this is a wine and foodie lovers paradise. The Steamboat Food & Wine Festival pairs admired chefs with renowned winemakers for a culinary experience that’s sure to leave you coming back for more. Tickets are available for the various seminars, dinners, lunches, tastings, and other experiences taking place over the weekend.
