I love touring homes. I love noticing different architecture and designs and different layouts and finishes. Even though I do this for a living, I’m pretty certain, that you don’t have to be in the real estate industry to enjoy it just as much as I do.
So based on that belief, I thought I would let you all know that the 17th Annual Wash Park Home Tour is coming up this Saturday, May 9th 2015.
This event showcases distinctive homes in many different styles located on the east side of Washington Park in Denver. While some homes highlight the history of the unique Wash Park neighborhood, others fuse the old and new.
The 2015 featured homes are:
1309 S. Marion – Contemporary Denver Square
1385 S. Marion – Historic Tudor
1310 S. Lafayette – Classic Wash Park Bungalow
1374 S. Lafayette – Modern New Build
1538 S. Humboldt – Retro Ranch
Not only can you get to tour these unique homes, there will also be a street fair at South High School, that will include food trucks, event sponsors, the Steele Garden Plant Sale an art show and even a scavenger hunt!
The best part of this event is that it benefits Steele Elementary School and The Denver Public Schools Education Outreach Program.
